Solitaire tri peaks won’t load. It keeps freezing
Have you also tried turning the device off and then turn it on again? Also, have you checked if the OS of the iPad is updated to the latest version?

Will I lose my stats and coins
I just tried a different game and it held my stats. Solitaire game won’t download at all after deleting it

Have you tried uninstalling the game and re-installing it?
Didn’t work
It depends on whether it is a log-in based game or a game that just runs on the iPad. If you have never been requested to log in to the game server, then, yes, you will lose all your stats and coins.
