I got my iPhone 7 in July, and have been using the lightning earbuds since then. Randomly today, the volume up and down buttons stopped responding on the earbuds, but the middle button still works fine. Can I get a replacement or is there a way to fix them?
The headset has the same one year warranty as the phone it came with. As long as it shows no signs of damage, Apple should replace it.

You likely have a broken button or maybe some water / moisture got inside of the switch. Do you have any other headphones you can try to verify?
