Why can't I update my iPod with all my TV show?

I am trying to put the tv shows the I have downloaded from iTunes onto my iPod. I have plenty of free memory. I have checked all the shows tha i want but only 3 of the 5 episodes f the Office are transferred into my ipod. What am I doing wrong?

MacBook Pro Mac OS X (10.4.8)

If you watched any of them in iTunes then they won't ordinarily copy/sync over. All you should have to do is change your TV Shows sync settings FROM "all unwatched" to "all", that way all of them will copy over even if you've watched them already.
