Good day,
I have searched and read on how to change one's Apple ID, however, when i login to iCloud or to Manage My Apple ID in order to change my Apple ID and email address, I do not get that option to change my ID / email address.
Please assist.

To be able to change your Apple ID, you need to login/logout with the old Apple ID.

I have done the above but I do not get the option under Edit to change the email@icloud.com.
I'd said you need to sign out, you cannot edit an Apple ID (iCloud ID)
BTW, only if the iCloud ID is yours, there's no way to sign out without owning that Apple ID.
