Photos won’t load

ive got a problem. My photos in the gallery won’t load, when I click on them they’re in bad quality, also im not able to send them via anything. I guess thhas something to do with iCloud, but this is a big of a problem since I’ve just returned from a vacation and all photos made are just not loading

Device or computer? If a device, check Settings/Your Name/iCloud to make sure Photos syncing is on. Then got to the Photos app and tap the photo to see if it will download in full resolution. If you are signed in and the photos won't download, try Settings/Your Name/iCloud and slide off Photos syncing. Wait a few minutes and then slide syncing on.

Last resort - have you tried signing out of iCloud and then sign back in?
