How do I renew an app subscription that expired 4 days ago?

I’ve verified my Apple ID after changing my password, checked my card information, and I can see my expired subscription in purchase history, but I get this error when I select it and confirm using Touch ID. I’ve restarted my device and that did not help. I’ve tried on and off WiFi.

If you haven't already done so contact iTunes Support as instructed to do (these are user forums, not iTunes Support) :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
