How can I link my PayPal to my Apple Pay??

I don't think you can link PayPal to Apple Pay. You need a credit card or a debit card.

Paypal isn't listed on this page of supported banks at all: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204916

And the "About Apple Pay" page has no mention of it either. About Apple Pay - Apple Support
