Wallet not working
When I open Wallet it only gives me the options "Scan Code" and "Find Apps for Wallet" but nothing else. I cannot add passes, I cannot add cards and my iOS is up-to-date.

Chase definitely supports Apple Pay.
I know you’ve done your homework but just in case try here > Get help adding cards to Apple Pay - Apple Support
Otherwise, contact Apple directly ..

"If you don't see the option to add a card, ticket, or other service to Wallet, contact the merchant to make sure that they support Wallet passes."
Not enough homework, it appears! Though I had changed my region in the App Store, I had not changed it on my iPhone so it's working now! You're brilliant, Carolyn!

Well, all I want to do is add a debit/credit card so that I can use Apple Pay and I'm pretty certain Chase supports Apple Pay! Thanks for your help though!:)
