Screenshot date & time is incorrect

Why is date & time incorrect for screenshots? My clock and calendar are correct, but they're incorrect on a screenshot.

MacBook Pro, iOS 11.4.1

If the wrong date or time is displayed in some apps on your Mac - Apple Support


Verify your

>System Preferences>Data and Time>Date & Time> Set..Automatically is checked

and

>System Preferences>Data and Time>Time Zone> Set ... Automatically
