iphone 6–no send or receive pictures—no WiFi
I have. We have a local carrier called Bluegrass Cellular. We live in a rural area and the national carriers don’t reach everywhere. Anyway, they gave me the WiFi explanation, which didn’t make sense to me. They probably didn’t know or didn’t want to be bothered.
Pictures sent through texts are MMS messages. Does she have MMS enabled?

Those messages are handled by your carrier. Have you contacted them?
My mother-in-law has an iPhone 6, on my plan. She has no WiFi at home and rarely connects to WiFi. She can’t send or receive pictures. I was told this is because of the WiFi. She is on Cellular data. Is there a way to fix this?
