My iPod Shuffle 2nd Generation will hold a charge and the music on it shows up in iTunes when I have it plugged into my computer. When I plug the earbuds into it, it won't play even though the green light shows that it is charged.

I have tried several earbuds (that do work on my other iPod Shuffle) and I have done a force start. Does not work! The green light still comes on. It does have a charge and the music is on the iPod Shuffle.
