My apple id is disabled when i try to update or download a new application, I have already changed my password. HELP!

If it is not for security reasons and you cannot download updates or purchases, contact iTunes support: Contact Apple Support


If the message states that your Apple ID is disabled for security reasons see: If your Apple ID is locked or disabled - Apple Support
