Can't Download Bonjour SDK for Windows

I can't seem to download the Bonjour SDK for Windows. When I scroll to the end of the agreement, check the box to Agree, then hit the Submit button, nothing happens. Nothing downloads. All the happens it that the Submit button goes to disabled.
