I can't seem to download the Bonjour SDK for Windows. When I scroll to the end of the agreement, check the box to Agree, then hit the Submit button, nothing happens. Nothing downloads. All the happens it that the Submit button goes to disabled.

Do you mean that you cannot download it or cannot install it? The executable downloads without an issue for me from that link. Perhaps you have a pop-up blocker that you need to disable.

Somehow the download after the Submit button is working now. The only thing I changed is I tried a day later and had rebooted the night before.
