Auto-lock greyed out - NOT on low-power mode

I tried turn it off and on, tried reset all settings... nothing helped. Any ideas?

Thanks for posting in the Apple Support Communities, noybarbus1994!

If I understand your post, the option to set the display auto-lock is greyed out and inaccessible, even though you don't have Low-Power Mode enabled. I'm happy to help!

It looks like you've already tried resetting the settings your iPhone. This is a good step to take, but since it hasn't helped what I would recommend is reinstalling your iOS software. First, backup using iCloud or iTunes: How to back up your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support , then use the "Put your device in recovery mode and set it up again" section of If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support .

Have a wonderful day!
