Cancelling a subscription

I’m trying to unsubscribe from Tune In Radio without any success. I cannot find it under subscriptions on my appl id to enable me unsubscribe. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Apple does not handle the Tunein Subscription. You could go directly to the website of the app here https://tunein.com/

Thanks StanleyG. Your answer was really helpful.

It still directed me to The App Store but I think I’ve figured out what the problem is. After I downloaded the app and subscribed I changed my region on my Appleid and once you change your region, it automatically cancels any subscriptions that requires automatic renewals so I’m not seeing ‘TuneIn’ under subscriptions.
