How can I let apple know about the support I received ?

I had a very serious problem with the deletion of my husbands work contacts . I was lucky enough to get the very best tech possible . Two woman Rebecca , a supervisor and Jessica went out of their way and spent a **** of a long time honestly caring about my problem . They are both the kind of employees any company would love to have and I want to make sure Apple is aware of them . I can’t find any way to formally tell them . Please help !
