Can't find Library\Frameworks Folder

My Mac system version is 10.12.6 and when I was installing Software Maple2017, it is showing that it is installing inside the folder called: Library\Frameworks as the attachment shown. But after I installed it, I just can't find it in my Library folder, so what should I do?

I have several old .fcpproject files, and the related Final Cut Project and Final Cut Event folders that go with them from old projects that are scattered across several external drives. It's looking like there were never any library files to go with them, or that maybe they just didn't get saved. WHERE IS THE utilities folder on my application folder? I'm trying to use the migration app to get files from my PC to my MacBook Air. it is telling me to open the utilities folder in agh application folder. Where do I find that

iMovie project file NOT attached to a library macOS High Sierra 10.13.6iMovie 10.1.9So I'm trying to open an iMovie project that isn't attached to an iMovie library. When I transferred my iMovie projects for one computer to another I did not copy the entire iMovie library. I clicked on the iMovie library, show package contents and copied the projects file folders to an external drive. Now I'm trying to open the projects in iMovie on my new computer, I have tried to copy the file folder back into the iMove library on my new computer and the project does not show up in iMovie. Any help would be very appreciated, one project I'm trying to open took a lot of time to edit and I would really like to recover it.

You're looking in the wrong Library folder. There are 3 Library folders in Mac OS: ~/Library, /Library and /System/Library.

It is in /Library, to find it go to your Finder menu > Go > Go to folder and copy & paste this file path:

/Library/Frameworks/Maple.framework/Versions/2017

Press Return.
