I don't have my iPhone anymore and I haven't been able to sign into my iCloud email account for some reason. I can't get on my ipad due to my kids trying to long on to many times, can you help me get my iPad going again?

Try again in 24,439,520 minutes is what it's been saying for 2 yrs now. My kids tried to log on to many times I guess and now I haven't been able to use my iPad. Can I get this fixed without spending money?
