I have reset my iPhone to give to my daughter, it now won’t let me set it up - it says I need to update to new iOS and try again?
How can I do this when it is on the welcome page and won’t let us go past the WiFi connection?

You'll need to connect it to a computer running iTunes, and follow the onscreen prompts to update and set it up.
