Maximum Mac OS X upgrade for PowerBook G4

Hello, kind of new at this community.

I found my old PowerBook G4 running Mac OS X version 10.5.8

It is a PowerBook5,4

I am intending to give it to my kid, but I would like to upgrade it to the top possible.

Can any one help, thank you

It’s already running the most recent OS version it can.

No, it does not have the hardware required.

This will allow use of most modern web pages - there may be a problem with streaming video though
