I wanna update to IOS 10.3.3 on my iPhone 5c but whenever I click install it loads for a second then stops loading and acts like I never clicked it

The iPhone 5 and 5C are compatible with iOS 10.

If the download or install is not working over wifi, you may need to try to update through iTunes on a computer:

The 5C cannot be updated to iOS 10.3.3. 9.3.5 is the end of the road for phones with 32 bit technology.

Tell us what you have in Settings > General > About > Model > ?

Also tell us at the same place how much space Available > ?

You need 4-6 GB free.

Did you also try to update via computer iTunes with iPhone connected and selected?

You need iTunes version 12.7 or later (we have version 12.8 now)

It sounds as if you have an old version of the installer file on your iPhone. You'll need to delete it and re-download the proper version.

On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, go to Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage

Under Storage, select Manage Storage.

Find the iOS software download in the list and tap on it.

Select Delete Update, and confirm you want to delete it.

Yes, you can update iPhone 5 and iPhone 5c to iOS 10.3.3

iPhone 4s cannot go over iOS 9.3.5

oops, sorry. I was thinking of the 4S. It should upgrade to 10.3.3.
