blank white square in the middle of my screen

There s a blank white/grey square in the middle of my screen, which appears occasionally, but can not be moved, removed or close, stay on the screen forever. Only the I restart my notebook it appears,

Might be a good time to run the Apple Hardware Test on your Mac.

Screen is glitching Hello everyone, My laptop screen is glitching and there are horizontal lines up to about half way on the screen. There are also vertical lines on the left hand side of the screen.
