ITunes payment issue

Hello,

I recently found that I can’t purchase with my MasterCard either the subscription or simple adding my payment method. And Im pretty sure that I ve switched off the card Payment for a while, but now I can’t upload my card again. Can I pls help me with that, thank you so much.User uploaded file

We (i.e. fellow users) can't you, you have to do as your screenshot is instructing you to do and contact iTunes Support :

- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww

- click on your country's flag (the country where you are, and which is therefore the country on your account)

- click on Contact Support towards the top right

- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
