Ringtone/Alert issue
My ringtones/alerts just up and stopped working. Phone vibrates but that's it. Reset phone. No change. Volume is good. Any ideas?

I understand that the ringtones and alerts stopped working on your iPhone. The first thing I would suggest is checking the ring/silent switch on your iPhone. It is on the left side of your phone, above the volume buttons, if it shows orange that means it is in silent position, move it to the other position and check the ring/alerts. If you have a case on the phone, remove it and check, the case may have turned the ringer off.
