Serato DJ drop outs & CPU overload

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015)

macOS High Sierra 10.13.6

3.1 GHz Intel Core i7

16 GB DDR3 1867 Mhz

Intel Iris Graphics 6100 1536 MB

I see that the cpu bar is rising up and the red dot indicator along with that. I have dropouts and glitches when I play.

after I did my research I've find out that a lot of my colleagues who are using the same mac has the same problem.

I've been following the optimization prosedure recommended by serato (twice)- didn't solve it.

Wifi status - Off.

BT status - Off.

no other app running at the background.
