My macbook pro 2017 years keyboard is no working

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 10.1.1

If possible try resetting your MacBook Pro's SMC:

Reset the System Management Controller (SMC) on your Mac- Apple Support

If that doesn't resolve the problem, you will need to make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look.


In the mean time, if you have an external USB keyboard, you can try using that instead.
