How do I access my icloud email on an amazon fire tablet
I have an amazon fire tablet hd 10.1 and cannot access my icloud account. Can someone tell me how to do thos?

For Email, you can use the default Mail App in the Kindle to setup the email account.

You will need to enable Two Factor Authentication if you don't have it already on your account, and setup an App Specific Password for it: Using app-specific passwords - Apple Support
For the rest of iCloud, you can use a Browser to go to https://icloud.com website. You may need have the Browser request the Desktop site if it has the option to be able to access it correctly.
