I have an iPhone 6S & iPhone X using the same Apple id. The iPhone 6S has 1370 contact details but iPhone X has replicated only 990 contacts leaving 380 contacts. How do I get the iPhone 6S contacts into the iPhone X without repeating any of them. Both iPhone 6S & iPhone X are running iOS11.4.1.

Then the iPhone 6 has not sync'd those contacts to iCloud.
Are those contacts from a different source (like Outlook, for example)?
Are they in an "On My Phone" group? Tap on the top left-hand corner to go to the Groups tab, and make sure those additional Contacts are not somewhere other than under iCloud.

If you go to iCloud.com via a browser on any computer, sign in with your Apple/iCloud ID, and click on Contacts, how many Contacts are showing there?

The iCloud.com from the browser shows only 990 contacts of iPhone X. It does not display the additional contacts of iPhone 6S
