Your request produced an error. [newNullResponse] in AppStore

Hi guys,

I´m having an issue downloading textwrangler from the AppStore.


What happens on Appstore:

1. Click on "get"

2. Window comes up that says: "Please click Billing Info to approve your billing information for use in the iTunes Store. If you cancel you will not be able to buy until you have approved your billing information."

3. Click on "Billing info"

4. Your request produced an error.

[newNullResponse]

My billing info is Ok.

Anybody know whats going on? Most apps ask me to upgrade my OS before I can use them. Need the fix!

Do you have access to another Mac where you can log into iTunes and verify your billing information?


Try setting up another admin user account to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.

If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor.
