Apple Classroom Error "Unable to Lock in" App

Hi,

I'm getting this error when trying to open the Duck Duck Moose Reading app in Apple Classroom on the teacher iPad: Failed to Open DDM Reading on 1 iPad Unable to Lock in DDM Reading

Does anyone know why I am getting this error and what I can do to resolve it?
