Malwarebytes will not open in iTunes

In the app store I click on the button to open malwarebytes in itunes as it says. Itunes opens, but I see nothing about Malwarebytes. How to do it?

Mac OS X (10.6.8)

In iTunes .. that would be for iOS based devices.
