I cannot log into my iMessage account. I only have the "jabber" and I don't know what that means. I want to change my security questions but I used all of my entries. I also cannot change my out-of-date rescue email as a result. Please help!

Messages - if you go to Messages/Preferences/Accounts and click the + sign at the bottom, can you add a Messages account?
