Magic Mouse 2 scrolling speed

How do I adjust the scrolling speed on my Magic Mouse 2? The Mouse system preference allows me to adjust the tracking speed but not the scroll speed. I'm running MacOS High Sierra, Version 10.13.6 on an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017)

It was fine in the beginning, but then the tracking speed diminished SIGNIFICANTLY - I need to lift the mouse in order to get from one end of the screen to the middle, not even the end. Mouse scrolling too slow Does anybody know how to get my mouse to work better? It’s going way to slow when I try to scroll up or down. I’m in mouse settings and I see tracking speed, but that just affects left right direction. There’s no way to change scrolling except for natural versus unnatural?? More gestures doesn’t have it either. I’m using a magic mouse. It shouldn’t be this hard.

How to turn off mouse magnification? I am using a Mac mini 12.3.1. How do you turn off the mouse magnification where if you shake the mouse left and right really fast the mouse suddenly becomes a lot larger? I couldn't figure how to turn this off in the settings which is strange because I can normally do it no problem.
