Help!
i forgot my restrictions passcode but I don’t want to erase it or use iTunes what do I do? Could you send me some email or something.

If the restriction passcode has been forgotten and you need to alter one of the settings, the only way of removing this is by erasing the device via a computer (DFU Mode) and by not restoring from your backup.
Alternatively, upload all the necessities you need via the cloud, and when you do complete the DFU you can set up as new however but the data will then sync with other things such as applications needing to be downloaded again.
No one here will send you an email to override your Restrictions Passcode. You either remember the passcode or you follow the instructions in the link provided by JimmyCMPIT.
