What can I do with my Powerbeats 3.

I'm having the same problem. In addition, sometimes the controls work, sometimes they don't. Sometimes the volume goes up or down by itself, even if I'm not touching anything.

My first unit stopped charging after 3 months. This is my replacement unit, and I've only had them since late June.
