Card on my file won’t let me download apps

Check that the billing information was entered correctly. If so, contact the iTunes Store staff.

Unable To Download So I am having this issue where I cannot download apps I the ITunes Store. When I try to, the card information comes up. I’ve looked up videos on how to remove my card information, like through my settings, and they all say to hit the “none” option when it comes to picking a card.
