Migrate missing photos from iCloud to Photos

I suppose I could download the missing ones from the iCloud account, then import them into Photos, but that seems like a bit of a pain.

From your iPhone you can always select a batch of photos and simply email them to your self. Retrieve them on the Mac end and save to Photos.
