Hi

I can constantly see that there is an Apple 4th Generation TV & an Apple Mac Pro & iPods associated with my account. I constantly see test licenses from Github and IDSA, every day I have new icons on my phone that I have never heard of, the latest today “ Line” a money transfer app. My phone rings day & night, mostly from London / Frankfurt and Switzerland. I never pick up, but they keep calling. Pls see some recent screenshots.

These devices do not appear in devices lists( or I could simply remove them), this is my 3rd time around having a new iPhone, deleted others. Any ideas????

Did that over a year ago. And it was higher than level 2. These people are often found outside my house, why , I have no idea. Currently I have live trading going on in in another surprise app called MetaTrader5. Big money too.!!! I thought they were dummy accounts but they are not.

You might want to consider changing your password and making sure it is a strong one. You can also add 2 Factor Authentication to your account for more security. If the attempts continue, you might want to consider a name change.

Your issue is likely connected to your Apple ID, and perhaps not to your device. It might be a typing error, a previous user, or worse.

To prevent use of your Apple ID by others, change your password.

To prevent others from using your Apple ID email address, change your Apple ID name. Changing it is better than a new ID, as you wouldn’t want to miss out on your previous purchases on your account.

There’s a list of devices that use your Apple ID at appleid.apple.com. You can remove devices from that list.

New icons appearing might point to someone else’s use of the App Store on your account. Change the password to prevent this.

Cellular or FaceTime or WhatsApp or another VOIP service?

Cellular requires knowing your cellular number. You can ask you carrier for a new number, if it is such a nuisance. The calls could be intended for the previous user of that number, as some recycling does happen at the carrier.

FaceTime (Voice or Video) requires knowing your ‘Reachable At’ address as defined at appleid.apple.com, or as defined in your account settings on your device. Most of these are changeable. That call could be intended for the previous user of the cellular number.

WhatsApp requires knowing the sign-up cellular number. It could be intended for the previous user of that number.

Based on what you have posted, I suggest contacting Apple ID Support for assistance. You will probably need to ask for level 2 support or higher given the problems you are having.

These TFA sign-in allowing messages come after they used the correct password with the Apple ID. Your account has been compromised. Possibly you have been a victim of a phishing scam, by reacting to an email and signing in to a fake website.

Thanks for your reply. I do always have a very complex password and I always have 2 factor ID on, hence Apple keep telling me my account could not be hacked, but it is. Whenever I try to send some of the screenshots I have taken to Apple, or Microsoft/ my screen will be locked or my phone turned off- followed by a barrage of phone calls to myIphone, my landline and my Husbands phone ( which is a Samsung Galaxy) I will yet again change my Appleid password, my Apple I’d is an iCloud account- so can really only change the password, not the ID. Below, just a small snapshot of the random calls that come in every day, do not recognise a single one!! Remember I live in Dublin, Ireland, have not been to London or Frankfurt in years..........

If it was just a phishing scam that would be fine, however I can open my laptop to find extremely confidential medical documents open , sitting there , that were written as far back as 5/6 years ago, then there will be a photocopy of my passport, some private letters I wrote my kids some years back, references from my employment, it is such a complete violation of our entire family’s privacy, frankly I’m sick of it.

It’s not as if I am sitting here doing nothing to help myself, I changed internet providers, had to pay to get out of a contract, changed my router, changed the Wi-if password, rebooted everything back to manufacture settings 3, THAT THREE TIMES. Apple support now talk to me like I am a nine year old, my last resort was to go to the Gaurdi- only to find..... ARE YOU READY....... someone, somehow, it was reported on the Gaurda database that I was a person “ that needed supervision “ SERIOUSLY!
