Unresponsive touch at edges on iphone X
iphone X left side touch at the edges is not responding, Everything else is working fine. i am using iphone X 256 gb ios version 11.4.1.

Unfortunately we can't diagnose that kind of issue remotely.
Try a forced restart of your iPX:
Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Then press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then press and hold the Side button until you see the Apple logo. When it appears, release the Side button, wait for your device to restart, then test it.
If you have no improvements, since your iphone is still under warranty, I would have it inspectedt at your most convenient Apple Store or Authorized Service Provider. They will make a full check an give you all the available options:
