Reuse Windows license key when reinstalling

I need to increase the size of my windows partition. I'm fine deleting it and reinstalling a fresh copy. Will it let me use the same license key I used to install it originally? To reinstall, do I just delete the partition in disk utility and open bootcamp? Or is there something else I have to do?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, macOS High Sierra (10.13.6)

A W10 installation registers your Mac with Microsoft, so you can re-install W10 on the same hardware configuration, without a new license. In W7/W8.1, you will need to extract the license key from the existing installation, before you remove it.

Do not use Disk Utility. See Remove Windows from your Mac using Boot Camp - Apple Support in Welcome to Boot Camp Assistant on Mac - Apple Support .
