Prompted to Answer Security Questions That I Never Created?

So I'm having a weird issue with my apple account.

Whenever I sign into my account, I'm taken to a security question page. I'm unable to access my account because I cannot answer the questions correctly (since I never set them up in the first place).

Anyone have a solution to this problem? I cannot contact Apple Support today since it's a Civic Holiday (darn! 😁)
