This problem is not to do with your icloud settings. I'm pretty sure this issue is caused by the headphone port. There may be dirt inside the port which prevents some of the pins from touching. Also check your audio volume balance (In iOS 11 it is in General, Accessibility, Under Phone Noise Cancellation or Mono Audio.) Play with that a little bit and see if it helps!
So I am deaperate for some help. No matter what i use kind of head phones or bluetooth or a ox cord , or anything that has to do with my speakers, ONLY THE LEFT SIDE WORKS, only the left side will have noice going through it. I honestly don’t understand at all so soon i got a new phone that was my moms and she used it fine, both sides worked perfectly. so i’m think yess i can finally have both sides of speakers working. yeah no. i singed into my apple id with my settings saved and it does the same thing. i really hope this is a good explanation cause i need some help! the first phone i has was a SE then now i have the 6s plus. i think maybe it will have something to do with my setting?? i’m not sure someone, anyone help me. it’s so annoying!

Setting > General > Accessibility > HEARING
Make sure the L - R slider is in the middle.
Settings > General > Accessibility and scroll down until you see the balance control and center it.
