How to reconnect airpods after hitting "forget Device"?

How can i reconnect my airpods after i hit the "Forget Device"? i restart my devices and press the back button on my airpods but still not showing the connection. Please advise. Thank you

iPhone X, iOS 11.4.1

put airpods into pairing mode Connect and use your AirPods - Apple Support
