Apple pencil not working

I use iPad pro, purchased apple pencil one year ago. It is connected through bluetooth, but recently, it does not work. I can see that it is fully charged. The tip is recently renewed. I rebooted the iPad and also reconnected the bluetooth but still not working. I purchased one more Apple Pencil but still it is not working. What can I do here?

iPad Pro 10.5-inch, Wi-Fi, Cellular, iOS 11.4.1

Did you also choose to ā€˜Forget this deviceā€™ on your Bluetooth? If not, you might try that, too. Then on the Apple Support document it says to contact Apple Support. They may be able to step through something on the phone with you.
