Here’s a couple things to try:
1. Make sure you are signed into the iTunes and App store as well as iCloud.
2. In Settings > Music make sure “show Apple Music” is turned on.
3. Also maybe worth making sure iCloud music library (also in Settings > Music) is turned on.
4. Make sure you are signed into the correct Apple ID linked to your Apple Music subscription and also ensure you are using the same Apple ID in the iTunes and App Store as you are for iCloud.
If all those don’t work could you maybe post a screenshot of what you see when you open the music app and tap on the “for you” tab.
