If I choose not to hand my phone back and upgrade after month 11/12 and keep the payments going to month 20, do I have to give the phone back or does it become mine?
i guess I would then join the upgrade program back as a new deal?
If you choose not to upgrade after 12 months, you then need to complete the equivalent of 12 more months of payments and the iPhone then becomes yours yes.
The upgrade Program is a 12 or 24 month program. After 24 months of payments the iPhone is yours, and you do not need to return it.
