iPad Air 2 not updating

iPad Air 2 not updating

Hello, I am trying to update my IPad Air 2 to 10.3.3 but an error pops up and says "IOS 10.3.3 failed verification because you are no longer connected to the internet" I have tried deleting the update then trying to download/ install again, but that has the same outcome. Could someone please help me out? , thanks

The latest iOS version at this time is 11. You can't upgrade to iOS 10 because Apple no longer signs it. If you can't do OTA (over the air) upgrade, use your computer to upgrade iOS. You're going to need iTunes software on the computer. Your Air 2 should be getting iOS 11 instead of 10.
