I’m wondering how to add my Fitbit Alta HR as a data source in the Apple Health app on my iPhone X. I’m sure it’s an easy fix but my Fitbit isn’t coming up in Apps Allowed to Read Data under Data Sources and Access.
Help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for the helpful link @QuickTimeKirk, I did walk through those initial steps last night during set up. My question is regarding my Fitbit not showing up as data source in Health now that they are supposed to be “syncing.” (I don’t keep my phone on me 24/7 so it can’t track my steps accurately whereas the Fitbit does.)
It uses Bluetooth so your iOS device must be nearby.
