The delivery of Pro App bundle

I have just bought a rmbp 15 from the education store of Hongkong. I added the Pro App Bundle for education(include 5 Apps) on the selection page. I was told by apple pre-sale consultant it would take no more than 3 working days to receive an email containing 5 redeem codes individually for the Apps. But over 10 days after I checking out, haven't received yet and found none of them installed on my Mac.

I contacted the Apple support of Hongkong, they insisted I would receive no emails containing redeem codes cause I bought it along with the new RMBP, so this App bundle "were preinstalled on Mac", and the 5 Apps would be registered to the Apple ID once I signed in the MAS.

To be honest, I think the explanation from the Hongkong apple support is ridiculous. Please help me, thanks.

But there is no such information mentioned on the select page and I consulted the pre-sale support, they told the apps would be delivered via redeem codes no matter how I purchased them online. And as far as I know, if I bought the bundle from the education store individually with the same price, the app would never be “linked” with the ID I used to purchase in the online Apple store.

Open the Mac App Store, sign into your iTunes/Mac App Store account, go to the Purchased pane and see what apps are there for you to accept into your account.

Which ID are you suggesting use to sign in MAS? I checked the one used to purchase the Mac and used to sign in MAS, couldn't found any Apps in the bundle in the purchased items. I am quite curious is it technically possible for Apple to link the "preinstalled product" to one Apple ID? I asked a T2 technical support of Apple, she said she couldn't find any such pieces of information in Apple knowledge base. If it does exist, please quote them here, thanks.

Speaking about legal, it sounds like you're trying to pull a scam on Apple using different Apple IDs and claiming to be in different countries. The root of your issue is that tangled web that you have woven around your purchase.

What do you mean "scam"? I was trying to use all my paid items with one single Apple ID! You should know it is quite inconvenient for MAC users to upgrade all the items purchased with different Apple ID simultaneously(cause I have settled in different areas and I have to register different Apple IDs), you have to switch between them. (Lucky for iOS users) The root of this issue is the presale and aftersale consultants gave me opposite opinions on "preinstall products" and there is no information mentioned that the Apple ID used for logging in when purchasing on the official site would affect the occupation of the software. ( And I believe what Carolyn talked here goes controversial with the explanation of another Apple support I contacted) I could have bought the bundle individually to get redeem codes, but your and Carolyn's logic, why Apple choose to send codes without "linking the Apps to the ID that used to buy them on the Apple official site"? So the root of this issue is there is no "footnote" reminding customers there are differences between "preinstall products" and "individual products"(even if they look like same) for now (not for 10 days before).

And the root of this issue is the chaotic scene that your Apple support didn't share the same acknowledgemnt on the "preinstall bundle".

Maybe I should post it on Reddit to see if anyone have met the same issue with me.
