I was having problems getting my VPN service to start properly, and was suggested that I create new Keychain and import settings into new Keychain. Now I am getting this constant pop-up message. Any ideas how to fix this issue and stop the messages?

last night i followed the directions to create a new keychain, it seems like it was saved, gave it a name...today, I see no sign of that keychain
I will call Apple Support today, this has been going on for a few days
I already created a new Keychain and a password for it, I don't want to create another one. The AppleID password is different from my Keychain password. Is there another forum I can get help from?
I see online mention of a Keychain First Aid, but the instructions for accessing don't work for me. I don't see any option to run First Aid.
If you are running High Sierra, you don't have that option. It was removed a couple of OS versions ago.
There is no longer a Keychain First Aid.
